Overview

Nestled amid pine forest, Cooper Spur Mountain Resort sits just 90 minutes out of Portland on the north side of Mount Hood. This family-friendly resort boasts the least expensive lift tickets on the mountain. With 150 skiable acres and a vertical drop of 350 feet, Cooper Spur is ideal for beginners yet fun for the whole family; the tubing center promises snow fun for all.

Our Wellness Retreats offer a full weekend of solace, tranquility, and restoration surrounded by the calming energy of the Mount Hood National Forest. Enjoy Yoga, Forest Bathing, Guided Hikes, and discover new ways to open your breath, body, and mind to the calmness of nature.

Six Farm-to-Table meals will be provided in our Crooked Tree Tavern & Grill, all sourced locally from the mountain. Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options are available.

Each participant will receive a private room in a shared cabin or condo in the heart of the Mount Hood Wilderness.
