Overview

The Hood River County Fairgrounds is best known for hosting the county fair, a four-day event held in July to celebrate the farm life enjoyed by residents of Hood River County. But the fairgrounds also serve as a local event venue. The Blossom Crafts Show culminates the area’s annual Blossom Weekend in April. In October, the Gorge Fruit & Craft Fair showcases locally-grown fruits and other regional products. The Last Chance Holiday Bazaar in early December offers an opportunity to stock up on local fruit and gifts for the holiday season.

Fairground facilities can be rented year-round for various purposes. Two fully-equipped reception buildings are available on the grounds. The horse barn is rented during the winter as storage for boats, cars, and RVs. Full electricity, restrooms, shower facilities, stages, and transportation are available to support concerts or rallies.
