County considering farm animal limits in residential zones Read more Local Goldendale residents have formed a campaign committee to support the EMS levy approved by the Acting Board of Directors for Emergency Medical Services District No. 1. Pending the results of the Primary Election the Board of County commissioners is the acting EMS Board. Public meetings have been scheduled in Goldendale and White Salmon to inform the voters on the issue and to answer questions regarding the ballot which will be voted on at the Aug. 6 Primary Election. Adams has been rescinded. Public entry onto the Forest Service portion of Mt. Adams is allowed. The South Climb ascent of Mt. Adams is vehicle accessible to the trailhead.
