Overview: The Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association brings several wineries and vineyards across the Gorge area in Columbia together for several events each year. If you are a wine connoisseur, this is a wonderful opportunity to savor some of the best produce.

Details: Some of the wine growers associations famous events include the Gorge Wine Week in April, The Winegrowers Celebration for Hospice as well as an Open House for each Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving weekend. The Wine Growers Association also participates in Hood River's First Fridays, a co-operative effort between downtown merchants and local artists who perform for all. Artists create, display and sell artifacts, while musicians play during the wine celebration.
